Really close to the beach, walking distance to a gas station and ice cream and shopping and only 1 mile to the main boardwalk area where there is tons of shopping and restaurants. Check out this house and my other properties at. If you require a "new" house, this isn't it. This house is about 40 years old but kept in good condition, just not brand new. The Hot Tub on property is for owner use only and not accessible to tenants. Special events such as weddings are allowed at owners discretion and $1000 in addition to the quoted rate.
All events such as weddings, receptions, birthday parties, or similar gatherings must be approved in advance and carry an event charge. Any college group that I approve must pay with a certified check and if these groups book via instant booking, your money will be returned and reservation cancelled. All approved high risk groups will incur an additional $500 fee. FOR NON-FAMILIES, ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR GROUP MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RESERVE UNLESS APPROVED BY THE OWNER IN ADVANCE. There is a 10X18 foot private kidney shaped pool in the back courtyard with security fence for safe and fun afternoons and evenings.

Wifi provided and Mediacom cable TV and Blue ray player provided. Downstairs is a dinette/breakfast area that accommodates 4 people and another bar downstairs for 2 more. Dining room upstairs accommodates 8 and the bar accommodates 2 more. Beach towels are not provided nor are beach chairs or umbrellas. Bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths are also provided. Linens are also provided for mattress covers, fitted sheets, flat sheets, quilt, pillow cases, and decorative pillow covers. All kitchen ware and dining ware is provided to make any meal so no need to bring your own.

There is a weight restriction on all top bunks of 175 lbs for a single bunk and 225lbs for full top bunks. There are also two pull out sleeper couches that sleeps 4 people. Upstairs is a King bedroom and a full over full bunkroom. Two king bedrooms downstairs as well as a studio bunk bedroom (two single bunk bed sets in that space), and a full over full bunk bedroom with kitchen and living room area. Location! Location! Walk to the beach or walk to the shops, restaurants, bars!!! Come vacation in this 6 bedroom, 3 bath -2 story beach home on beautiful Pensacola Beach! This home has 2 kitchens, 2 separate laundry rooms, and parking for up to 8 cars!
